Port Orange - Stefanie K. Therrien, 87, a resident of Port Orange for twenty seven years, died peacefully in her sleep at Hospice in Edgewater. A native of Pittsfield, MA, Mrs. Therrien worked for the General Electric Company in Pittsfield, MA until her retirement in 1984 when she moved from Pittsfield to Port Orange and was a resident of Volusia County until her death. She enjoyed a number of activities after retirement including wood carving, dancing, and travelling. Survivors include a son, Charles, and daughter-in-law Judy, Monterey, CA; granddaughters Kristen, Salinas CA, and Lara, Littleton, CO; a nephew, Donald E. Kruck and his wife Barbara Kruck, Smyrna Beach, FL, two great nephews, and their five children.
Memorials: Donations are requested to Hospice of Volusia 3800Woodbriar trail Port Orange FL 32119. Service: Interment will be at Pittsfield Cemetery in Pittsfiled, Massachusetts. |
